In November 2024, Housing Trust Fund Ventura County partnered with House Farm Workers! to create a compelling community education video highlighting the critical role affordable housing plays for our region’s essential farmworker population.
Written, directed, and produced by CoverlyPro, the video was designed to put a spotlight on the real people behind the food we enjoy—the farmworkers who help sustain our agricultural economy—and the urgent, ongoing need for safe, stable, and affordable homes for them and their families. Through personal stories, clear messaging, and thoughtful visuals, the piece helps viewers connect emotionally and intellectually to an issue that affects the whole community.
The video was shared across organizational channels and at community events to raise awareness, cultivate empathy, and support ongoing advocacy and fundraising efforts.
