VC Family Justice Center Foundation “Voices of Hope” Gala

In 2024, with limited staff capacity, the VCFJC Foundation Board sought marketing and event planning support for their annual Gala.
How We’re Helping
Our creative CoverlyPro team developed the signature name, Voices of Hope, and worked with the event committee on all event materials. We also produced an immersive, impactful video moment that broke the “third wall,” featuring live audience members sharing their victim impact stories and creating a moving experience that set the stage for a lively paddle raise. CoverlyPro is now producing the nonprofit’s third Voices of Hope gala in 2026.
Results
- Helped to double revenue from 2023 to 2024, when CoverlyPro took the lead in creating a memorable, sold-out event.
- Increased revenue by another 15% in 2025.
- Successfully moved event to a more picturesque, centrally-located outdoor venue that addressed previous year concerns, including parking.
